A BIT ABOUT US
Alaska Integrated Services, LLC. formed and Incorporated in 2001. Since becoming an Alaskan Corporation, Alaska Integrated Services has grown substantially, broadening its boundaries from one central location in Anchorage to multiple strategic locations. Currently AIS is fully operational throughout Alaska with offices in Anchorage and Fairbanks.

EDUCATIONAL
Alaska Integrated Services, Inc has had the pleasure of working on different education facilities state wide for the past 15 years. Our team has taken part in new construction as well as campus energy improvement projects. which included installing and integrating building automation, as well as Installing and servicing existing HVAC equipment.
Our experience includes the Kodiak High School Renovation, as well as the energy upgrades at Alaska Pacific University.
GOVERNMENT
Alaska Integrated Services, Inc has taken part in many large government projects in the past 15 years of experience. We have worked on new mechanical construction as well as upgrades for the U.S Army Corps of Engineers in Anchorage and Fairbanks. We also installed Delta Controls building automation in many government facilities statewide and provided graphics and design services.
OIL & GAS
Alaska Integrated Services, Inc has worked and is currently working on many projects for customers in the Oil and Gas Industry. Alaska Integrated Services is a major DDC systems and support provider for Conoco Phillips Alaska in their Kuparuk Field camps and facilities. We We continue to expand the Delta Controls DDC network in Kuparuk for the 1250+ person man camp.
COMMERCIAL
Alaska Integrated Services, Inc has participated in a wide range of commercial construction projects. Office buildings, hotels, shopping centers and commercial warehouses are just a few examples of commercial facilities on our resume.
SERVICE
We employ union mechanical technicians with 10-30+ years capable of full mechanical installations as well as service. Alaska Integrated Services has one registered professional engineer (P.E.) and numerous degreed professionals on staff with multiple certifications of professional achievements. We currently preform maintenance and hold many different contracts with a variety of customers – Education facility, Government facilities, Commercial buildings and many more sites statewide. We customize our contract to fit needs and budget and help our customers maximize their equipment to serve their needs. We also preform service calls on daily basis.
